On March 19, 2019, Jiangsu Province Suzhou No. 1 High School (hereinafter referred to as No. 1 Middle School) and Calvert Academy High School (hereinafter referred to as Calvert) of the United States held a signing ceremony to conclude a school of friendship and cooperation. Tang Min, principal of Suzhou No. 1 High School in Jiangsu Province, and Steve Gross, principal of Calvert Academy High School in the United States attended the ceremony and signed the agreement. Shen Guifang, principal of Suzhou No. 1 High School International Department, presided over the ceremony.

The conclusion of a friendly and cooperative school between Suzhou No. 1 High School in Jiangsu Province and Calvert Academy High School in the United States will surely be a solid step on the road of exploration and cooperation between China and the United States in the localization of international education.

After the signing of the agreement, Principal Tang Min, Principal Steve Gross and Zhang Min, the leader of China-West Integration Curriculum Research and Development Group from Cogdel Education Group, conducted a vivid interview on the Joint Theory of China-West Integration in International Education in the lecture hall of the Ministry of China. They shared the teaching skills and lessons of the integration curriculum for foreign teachers.

Foreign teachers also shared their experience with Steve based on their teaching experience in Suzhou.
